白雪，女，食品科学与工程博士，2025年7月毕业于沈阳农业大学，2025年11月入职沈阳药科大学功能食品与葡萄酒学院，特聘副教授，沈阳市“高级人才”。作为项目负责人主持辽宁省科技厅博士启动项目一项，以第一作者发表SCI论文六篇，EI论文一篇，另以共同作者在SCI期刊发表论文十余篇。主要研究方向为食源细胞外囊泡与肠道健康调控、乳品活性成分与宿主互作以及功能性食品开发研究。
