一、个人简介
颜廷旭,男,1984年生,沈阳药科大学生药学博士,任教于沈阳药科大学功能食品与葡萄酒学院食品质量与安全教研室,特聘副教授。2006年毕业于沈阳药科大学,获药物制剂学士学位,2009年于同校获药剂学硕士学位,2018年获沈阳药科大学生药学博士学位。2019年7月入江苏康缘药业有限公司博士后工作站开展博士后研究工作。2018年12月被聘为沈阳药科大学特聘副教授。作为课题负责人主持了辽宁省科技厅项目1项,中国博士后科学基金面上资助项目1项,江苏省博士后科研资助计划项目1项,沈阳药科大学博士启动基金1项,沈阳药科大学国自然培育基金1项。目前已在Food Func, Int J Biol Macromol等期刊发表论文30余篇。
