个人情况

张舒婷，女，博士，讲师，葡萄与葡萄酒教研室秘书。2006年毕业于黑龙江中医药大学，获中药学学士学位；2009年毕业于沈阳药科大学，获药物分析学硕士学位，2017年毕业于沈阳药科大学，获药物分析学博士学位。2018年至今沈阳药科大学功能食品与葡萄酒学院任教。

科研情况

目前主要研究方向为（1）葡萄及葡萄酒活性物质及功效评价；（2）功能性食品评价及开发。主持省卫生厅项目1项，校级项目1项，横向课题1项，参与省自然基金1项；获得沈阳市自然科学学术成果二等奖1项。
