沈阳药科大学功能食品与葡萄酒学院教学副院长 张晓书

张晓书,副教授,硕士研究生导师,沈阳药科大学功能食品与葡萄酒学院副院长。长期从事绞股蓝、龙葵、海棠等药用食品的物质基础及功效评价的研究。作为课题负责人主持国家自然科学基金青年基金1项,辽宁省科技厅自然科学基金面上项目2项,辽宁教育厅项目3项。沈阳药科大学中青年教师事业发展支持计划2项,辽宁省大学生创新训练项目8项。2024年辽宁省优秀硕士学位论文指导教师,并连续两届获得功能食品与葡萄酒学院讲课大赛一等奖。另外,作为主要完成人参与国家“十一五”重大专项1项,国家“十一五”重大专项子平台项目1项,其他省、市级科研项目4项。兼任《Journal of Polyphenols》编委、《中草药》、《沈阳药科大学学报》等期刊青年编委。相关研究内容发表在《Food Research International》、《Journal of Agricultural and Food Chemistry》、《Journal of Functional Food》等SCI论文30余篇,其中中科院一区论文10篇,包括2篇影响因子10以上的论文。主要承担《功能食品学》、《新食品原料与特殊营养食品》及《保健食品质量与安全评价》等课程。
