徐静,女,硕士研究生导师,2018年毕业于沈阳药科大学,获天然药物化学博士学位,同年进入沈阳药科大学中药学科博士后流动站继续开展科研工作,2020年留校任教,主要研究方向为功能食品的物质基础及作用机制研究等。作为课题负责人主持国家自然科学基金青年基金1项,辽宁省科学技术厅项目1项,辽宁省教育厅项目1项,作为主要完成人参与国家“十一五”重大专项1项,国家“十一五”重大专项子平台项目1项,其他省、市级科研项目5项。目前已在 Journal of Agricultural and Food Chemistry、Journal of Functional Food、Journal of Ethnopharmacology 等期刊发表论文20余篇。
