赵旭，男，1983年生，药学博士，副教授，硕士生导师。2007年毕业于沈阳药科大学，获药学学士学位，2010年、2013年分别于同校获药物分析学硕士、博士学位。
2016年1月起，在功能食品与葡萄酒学院任教、从事科研工作，同年12月，被聘为沈阳药科大学副教授。2018年入选辽宁省第十二批“百千万人才工程”万人层次，获沈阳市高层次人才“拔尖人才”称号。作为课题负责人主持国家自然科学基金青年基金项目1项，主持其他省市级课题4项。相关研究成果已发表SCI论文20余篇，其中第一或通讯作者SCI论文8篇。获得沈阳市学术成果奖2项。
主要研究方向：中药、功能食品药效物质基础研究；神经退行性疾病活性成分筛选及中药干预；高尿酸血症等代谢性疾病活性成分筛选及作用机制研究。
