刘贺,男,教授,博士生导师,现任渤海大学党委副书记,辽宁省粮谷类食品生物高效转化工程研究中心主任、辽宁省农产品加工减排增效与资源综合利用重点实验室主任等。2015年9月-2016年9月于美国Purdue University访学一年。主持承担国家自然科学基金、国家重点研发计划项目和各类省部级项目等30余项。荣获教育部科学技术进步奖、中国粮油学会科学技术奖、中国商业联合会科技进步奖和中国食品科学技术学会科技创新奖等7项。以第一作者或通讯作者发表SCI论文100余篇,其中ESI高被引论文6篇。申报国家发明专利40余件,授权发明专利10余件。
